There are many ways you can help the lives of young LGBT people in distress.

These include:

  • Set up a regular or one-off donation through our website
  • Hold an AKT Purple Day in your office or place of work
  • Speak to you employer about ways they could help AKT
  • Encourage friends to sign up and donate
  • Place an AKT collecting tin at your workplace or local LGBT Pub or Bar
  • Hold an event in aid of AKT with the help of the Fundraising Department
  • Attend one of AKT's events
  • Be part of Team AKT and run a 10k, Triathlon, Trek or Marathon
  • Become a volunteer and help raise funds
  • Add AKT to your Gift list for Civil Partnerships, Birthday or Anniversaries
  • Sign up for our newsletters
  • Join our groups on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Complete an overseas Trek for AKT
  • Complete a sponsored Skydive for AKT
  • Speak to any you know who works for Charitable Trust and ask them if they will consider recommending AKT for a grant/donation
  • Have a will written through our new will service at a special price and AKT receive a donation as well
