Our offices are open from 10am to 4.30pm Mon-Fri. You are welcome to pop in but it is probably best to call us before you come. If you don’t have much credit for your phone we will call you back.
- If you are homeless we will meet with you as quickly as possible, and talk through your difficulties.
- We will then look at the choices available to keep you safe in the short term.
- More long term solutions may involve going to live with one of our carers , help with access to hostels, private rented accommodation or local authority housing.
- Support from one of our mentors who are volunteers who are trained to provide support to young people. They may help you with filling in forms, getting into college, budgeting, and dealing with your family. If you have any other difficulties, for example health, domestic abuse or benefits we will do our best to find someone to help you.
- We may also be able to provide you with support and training to help you live independently
