We accept referrals from anyone who is concerned about a lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans young person who is either facing homelessness or experiencing hostility at home because of their sexuality.

Most of our referrals come from young people themselves, connexions workers, youth workers, and local authority housing offices, but if you are family or friend and have concerns please contact us.

We do not have a formal referral process but will respond to emails, letters and phonecalls.

Referral Criteria:

In general young people referred to us self identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans or are questioning their sexuality or gender identitiy and:

• Are aged 16 to 21 for our supported lodgings scheme
• Are aged to 25 for our mentoring programme
• Are facing a housing crisis, are homeless or living in a hostile environment
• Live in London, or Greater Manchester
