Animade TV
To celebrate Pride this year, Animade TV created a specially crafted animation series for our charity to use across our social media during June.
As the UK’s only LGBTQ+ youth homelessness charity, we understand the importance of Pride for businesses. More than half of our corporate donations are made during the Pride season.
At akt, we are extremely happy to receive donations for Pride. For us, it is a natural time to partner with corporations and launch activations at a time when they are more likely to grab customer and staff attention alike.
However, as proud members of the LGBTQ+ community we are also rightfully wary of disingenuous connection, which can ultimately do more harm for our community than good.
That is why we are passionate about collaborating with corporate partners who are committed to LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality internally, and who are seeking to build Pride campaigns that go beyond a social media post.
We are extremely grateful to have partnered with multiple corporate supporters during Pride month and beyond. With the support of our corporate partners, our charity has been given a platform to raise awareness about our services and offer support to anyone in need.
The list below includes a snapshot of some of our corporate partners during Pride Season 2024, and the activities they took part in to help us continue our work to support LGBTQ+ young people at risk of, or experiencing homelessness.
