The Supreme Court ruling today raises complex legal questions about the definition of sex in law and we, like everyone else, are taking time to understand the full implications. What we know right now though is that this is difficult and upsetting news for the many young trans people that we provide with life-changing support. akt will continue to be here for them – and for our colleagues. That will not change.
