At akt, we have started our search for a new CEO!
We are looking for a new chief executive officer, who will lead to our team and support us in continuing our journey to deliver crucial support services to LGBTQ+ young people at risk of, or experiencing homelessness.
Our charity currently works with over 800 vulnerable young people a year, providing both face-to-face and online support. We help young people to access safe accommodation and provide support to access education, training or skills to ensure a successful transition to independent living.
We’re looking for an experienced CEO, who is an engaging leader with a strong understanding of our charities core values, and has had experience working closely with a Board in a voluntary, public, or private sector organisation.

Location: This role is suitable for someone based in London, Manchester, Newcastle or Bristol ( This role will involve hybrid working between home and office, some travel may be required)
